SHIPPING

- Product prices listed on the website are in Euro, and may be subject to change. Please note that any customs taxes or import duties are not incl in our pricing. Deliveries that can’t be made because of a faillure of these payments will be the responsibilty of the customer.

- It's vital that you enter your correct details during the checkout process, particularly your delivery address and contact telephone number. Should your delivery be delayed, lost, or incur redelivery or return costs as a result of entering inaccurate or incomplete information, TNOTP cannot be held responsible.

- Goods normally ship within 3-4 business days of placing your order. Please note that exact transit times are beyond our control, so we are only able to provide estimates. While we endeavour to be as prompt as possible in processing and dispatching your order to you, we can't be held liable for delays arising from unforeseen circumstances.

RETURNS

- Please check your TNOTP parcel in the presence of the delivery person as soon as it arrives, and note any visible damage on the delivery slip. Should your purchase arrive damaged in any way, please let us know at florajoannotp@yahoo.com within three business days.

All returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
